"Art Round Tennessee is having a second arts workshop with mixed media artist Merritt Ireland.
Merritt has experiment off and on for the past 40 years with monoprint and in the past 19 years
with French paste paper and methyl-cellulose technique for monoprint.
Last summer Merritt did a four-week monotype workshop at Ink Garden Studio on Bainbridge Island, Washington. The workshop will be an introduction to monotypes and monoprints using the above techniques
and information on other possibilities.

The cost will be $60 for the workshop and all the basic materials.
If you wish to use some high-quality print-making paper, bring your own or some will be available for extra charge. The workshop will run from 9 until 5 at the Blue House, 518 West Main, Algood.
