Bill
Gray is a retired computer services company owner and lives with
his wife Jane on Center Hill Lake.
His interest in woodturning was stimulated primarily from his
furniture building and the frequent need to turn items for those
projects. His current woodturning efforts center around objects
of artistic nature. Many of the items from recent turning work
are small projects as candleholders, ring holders, ornaments for
Christmas trees, bowls and closed vessels.
Gray has studied most recently at the Appalachian Center for Crafts
with Bob Rosand as well as classes with Bobby Clemons.
